Kevin M. Noonan serves as Director of Legislative Affairs for the Orlando Utilities Commission. His responsibilities include:
- Advising the organization on proposed legislation, key committee meetings and hearings.
- Attending such hearings and providing appropriate responses when called upon.
- Prepare summary papers to advise OUC leadership on key legislative/regulatory matters for both state and federal activities.
- Developing and implementing the organization’s political engagement strategy with state officials, as well as key governmental officials and policymakers, based on those legislative/regulatory matters identified as impacting OUC operations, legal compliance and cost of service to its ratepayers.
The position has a salary range of $119,136 to $178,704.
