Kevin M. Noonan serves as Director of Legislative Affairs for the Orlando Utilities Commission.  His responsibilities include:

  1. Advising the organization on proposed legislation, key committee meetings and hearings. 
  2. Attending such hearings and providing appropriate responses when called upon. 
  3. Prepare summary papers to advise OUC leadership on key legislative/regulatory matters for both state and federal activities. 
  4. Developing and implementing the organization’s political engagement strategy with state officials, as well as key governmental officials and policymakers, based on those legislative/regulatory matters identified as impacting OUC operations, legal compliance and cost of service to its ratepayers. 

The position has a salary range of $119,136 to $178,704.

If a request involves extensive use of technology or labor, then a good faith estimate will be given to the requestor upon receiving a request. Acceptance and payment of the agreed fee amount must be paid prior to beginning the work.
